Everything in one list

Settings is one list. The animation taps down through it row by row: lock and appearance first, then your data, then import, notifications, account and about.

Face ID lock, Hide amounts (tapped on), Appearance and Profile.

Appearance

System, Light or Dark

One switch changes the whole app. Tap an option and every screen, card and the tab bar flips theme together.

System follows your phone’s setting.
Tap Light and the whole UI turns light.
Tap Dark and the whole UI turns dark.

12 built-in, plus your own

The twelve built-in categories are listed with their use counts. Tap +, name a new one, pick an icon and a colour, save, and it joins the top of the list.

Cards and wallets

Add a card with its forex markup

Add a card or wallet: its name appears on the card art as you type, then you enter the forex markup percentage, save, and it joins your list.

Tap + and type the card’s name; the card art updates.
Type the forex markup percentage, for example 1.5.
Save, and the card appears in the list with its markup shown.

Companions

Add people, split with them

Add a companion by typing a name. They get an avatar in your list, then show up as a Paid by option on a shared expense.

Tap + and type a companion’s name.
They join the list with an avatar and the count goes up.
On a shared expense, pick who paid. The Paid by chip and the split update.

Reminders

Seven gentle reminders

Each reminder has its own switch. They turn on one by one, with the counter going from 0 to 7.

Book-by dates, check-in and departure, log today’s spends.
Refund follow-ups and budget alerts at 75%, 90% and 100%.
Passport expiry and checklist due. Local notifications, turn any off.

Start from a spreadsheet, preview every row before anything is saved, and export in the formats you need.
