A home screen that follows your trip

One hero card, chosen for you: today’s plan during a trip, a countdown before it, a summary after it, or a friendly start when you have no trips yet.

  • During a trip: day X of N, today’s plan by time slot, your next ticket and today’s notes.
  • Before a trip: days to go, what is still “to book” and how ready your checklist is.
  • After a trip: a summary and a “for next time” list.
Before a trip

A countdown and a short list of what’s left

Before you leave, home shows days to go, what is still to book and how far your checklist has got.

  • The next-trip card shows days to go, with booked, checklist and leaves counts.
  • “To book” lists what is still unbooked, each with a book-by date.
  • The checklist card fills up and shows the visa status.
Trips

All your trips, sorted and searchable

Ongoing, Upcoming, Ideas and Past, with totals that convert across currencies. Search by trip, place or booking reference.

  • Search across trips, places and booking references (PNRs).
  • Ideas are trips without dates, so you can plan before you commit.
  • For an Indian home country, a Domestic view adds all 36 states and union territories.
New trip

Start a trip in about a minute

Name it, pick countries and cities, set dates, choose solo, group or ride, and add a budget. Tabito lays out one itinerary day per date.

  • Optional trip template and checklist templates to start from.
  • Edit the dates later: days with plans are kept, empty days are added or removed.
  • Trip status follows the dates: idea, planning, booked, ongoing, completed.
Trip workspace

Everything for one trip, a tap away

Each trip has pills for Overview, Itinerary, Expenses, Bookings, Docs and More.

  • Overview: net spend against budget, per day, avoidable and rewards.
  • Expenses shows gross, refunds and net spend; Bookings shows what is still to book and your flight ticket.
  • More holds checklists, wishlist, destination notes, leave planner, journal and splitting.
Overview

See where you stand at a glance

Net spend against your budget, the daily average, what was avoidable and the reward points you used, with a spend-by-category ring.

  • Categories under 4 percent fold into Other so the ring stays readable.
  • Shortcuts to every part of the trip workspace.
  • Budget alerts at 75, 90 and 100 percent (you choose whether to get them).
Trip settings

Adjust a trip without leaving it

Per-trip settings cover name, dates, budget, who you are travelling with and data options.

  • Edit the budget and the new amount shows in the Budget row.
  • Add a companion by name, to split expenses.
  • Switch on “Pin all docs offline” for the trip.
After the trip

A summary the moment the trip ends

When a trip completes, the home hero turns to “Completed” and shows what it cost, with the spend breakdown and the places you missed saved for next time.

  • The hero flips to Completed and counts up net spend, per-day average and days.
  • Gross spend, refunds and net spend are listed line by line.
  • Missed and skipped places appear under “For next time”, with a button to plan your next trip.

Take Tabito on your next trip.
